At Legal Gini, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in cases where refunds are applicable, the following policy applies:

    Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
    Services already rendered or products already delivered may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order or subscription, please note the following:

    Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the service date.
    Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; however, prorated refunds may not be provided.
    In case of any disputes, our team will work with you to find an amicable solution.
